Dip Blue Mug

Handmade in Japan, this mug has a simple yet impactful contrasting glaze in blue and white. This mug is finished in the traditional Japanese “kakewake” style, wherein two glazes are applied to different areas of the same vessel, creating a “dipped” effect. The shape is classic, but with an easy-to-hold thin handle that maximizes its simple design. This blue mug has a spirited variation of brilliant high-gloss blue on the bottom and white on the top.
